One of our old aluminum sliding glass patio doors was sticking terribly. We called The Sliding Door Repair Company and the technician who came out said we needed new wheels. After the new wheels were put on and the door reinstalled the technician said it was as good as new and to give it a try. I gave it a try and was truly astounded with the ease of opening and closing it. In fact I decided to give it a hard core test--the pinky test! Low and behold it glided open and shut with using only my little pinky finger!
We came across The Sliding Door Company when looking into custom doors for our bedroom closet. We wanted something very specific and the assurance that it'd be a perfect fit for the space, after getting burned on some DIY projects that required a do-over or two. The customizability of their selection was a huge selling point for us, and being able to visit the showroom to see and touch every option and part in person was invaluable.
Their team is fantastic, we had Rozalia and Danielle helping us at different points of the process and they were both extremely attentive and kind.
The quote they gave us was about twice as much as the cheap Home Depot option we originally had in mind, but worth every penny for the product and service quality, not to mention the peace of mind they gave us every step of the way.
Measurement and installation went off without a hitch and we're so happy with the results. We got wall slide doors with full length mirrors which save us so much space and help bounce the light around the room to make it feel significantly bigger. Plus, they slide perfectly smoothly, which was a huge fear I had about the Home Depot option. Overall so beautiful and functional, exactly what we needed.

The entire experience was professional and efficient. From Elena in the showroom to the crew of Luis, Richard and Justin taking their time and doing a complicated job perfectly. The bifold doors to cover my washer/ dryer in a narrow hallway was executed to perfection. I also have two sets of sliding doors in my home which look brand new even though they are 18 years old. Great product great materials great staff.

Amazing experience working with Einat and the rest of the TSDC team. We were looking to have sliding doors installed in our office, and the entire process exceeded our expectations-- great communication, pricing, easy installation etc. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even with last minute changes my boss wanted to make. We were building an ADU and all I knew was that I wanted an interior sliding wall but I didn't know what to ask for. Elena was very helpful, and what I thought was so novel, she took me on a remote "Zoom tour" of the showroom explaining and showing all the different kinds of doors and latches and things. Then she provided detailed drawings for me to share with the contractor. The result was a flawless installation with a recessed floor track, which you can see in the photo attached.

Everyone on our team was incredible! Our Sales Representative – Meredith was a wealth of information when it came to choosing the perfect doors for our space. She followed up and stayed in touch through the entire process. Our Lead Installers – Daniel and Jayden were amazing! They made sure everything was PERFECT! Vision from Kristi and the hands from Luis and Jerry were collectively a work of art. They closed off the open loft with panels and sturdy door. Glass is frosted for privacy. I now have my own private office while enhancing the overall space. This our second project with the Sliding Door Co.

My wife and I ordered closet doors from The Sliding Door Company for 3 rooms in our home and we could not be happier with the whole process from start to finish. The doors are beautiful and very high quality. They look amazing! We also want to thank Justin, the field technician, who came out and measured the closets. He was very knowledgeable and measured the openings perfectly. Carmen and Manny in the Customer Service/Scheduling Department were very friendly and helpful in getting the installation appointment scheduled quickly. This was an exceptional experience, beginning to end. The process began with our salesperson Elena who was extremely patient and helpful as we cycled through options. Then our installation team, Marco and Arthur, couldn't have been better. These guys were extremely capable and professional. I'm grateful to everyone who helped make this such a wonderful experience. I was in a neighbors apartment some time ago and noticed the beautiful sliding door they had for their walk in closet.
That is when I decided I had to have this too.
Lucky, for me, the showroom is here in New York City.
My partner and I went there one Saturday afternoon.
The staff was very helpful. I had lots and lots of questions.
So many, that a few more visits to the showroom were needed.
Rozalia Kiss and were GREAT. I can't say enough about how patient and helpful they were.
When the doors were ready, an appointment for the installation was made. The appointment was for nine o'clock a.m. It was mentioned that they might be a few minutes late on account of traffic and parking.
They arrived at 9:05. HUGO and his team were amazing. They covered the floor and brought a vacuum cleaner for when the work was done. I thought it would take hours. About two hours for it to be completed.
I wish I had another closet door to replace.
The doors look amazing. I've received many compliments.

Great experience and quick service! The only thing I may have done differently is get the sound proofing or muffling on my door for more privacy. Rozalia was an awesome salesperson and helped me with everything I wanted.

I recently managed the installation of a sliding door in our office to enclose one department that needed more privacy. The entire Sliding Door team, from sales to finance to installation, was a pleasure to work with. Their communication was clear and they provided follow-ups in a timely manner. The installation team came onsite, explained what they would be doing, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. They also advised on usage and cleaning of the new door. Professionals all around. Great team! Will definitely call on them again if another door or glass wall project comes up.

Loved the process from beginning to end. They have a lovely showroom and experts to advise on selection of sliding door. Everything is custom-measured and custom-made. Floor-to-ceiling, regular/frosted/tinted glass, semi-soundproof. Takes a few to be produced and then expertly installed. We have 2 -- for living room and bedroom -- and it's like our 1BD turned into a 3DB. If you can afford it, do Sliding Door (instead of buying a premade separation which will not be an exact fit).

We had many doors installed in our apartment 10+ years ago; they've been a fantastic addition to our home. We only recently had a part of a door that had to be fixed; their repair team was incredibly professional. They went above & beyond to not only repair the one broken door, but to ensure the entire set of doors was working smoothly. Highly recommended.

Carlos and German were absolutely incredible. I was told the install would've taken 6-7 hours, and they were done in 3-4 max. German was incredibly experienced, and both he and Carlos were gracious and kind. They were thorough and clean, and they were cognizant of not leaving a mess behind, especially in my one year old daughter’s room.
They needed to go get another piece and came back first thing the next day to finish the last 10 minutes of the install.

Although it took a long time, the doors were installed today by two amazingly clean and professional installers. The fitter got every measurement right and the bi-fold doors, (a new product for Sliding Door Co) went in like a dream. The doors look great and Wade the salesman at the Sliding Door Co. was great too. The only problem I had is that it took 2 and a half months for it to happen.

I used Sliding Door Company to install a sliding door for my daughter's bedroom, and a door for one of our closets. The doors are very well made and my family and I are extremely happy with the results!!! We worked with Rozalia Kiss, who I give accolades of praise to for her abundance of knowledge, guidance and professionalism!!! I just had my sliding doors installed and I am extremely happy with the outcome! From the very beginning the customer service was amazing. Kristi Kehoe helped me get started and although her office was in California the time difference didn’t cause any delay in communication.
She was helpful and receptive to my vision and gave me some useful advice about my design choice.
Installation day was also a breeze, my installer Jose Rivera was great, professional and efficient. Upon completion he informed me how to care for the doors and tracks. He also gave me a cleaning solution for the doors as well.
